The Ritual

  1. Prep

  2. Drink at least 8 ozs of water before entering the sauna. Ideally, start your session at least 2 hours after any meal. We recommend leaving all jewelry, watches, phones, etc. outside of the sauna.

  3. Heat

  4. Grab a sit towel & hop in! Let the heat sink in for 10 - 20 minutes.

  5. Cool Down

  6. Chill outside in nature, rinse off, or go for the full cold plunge. Enjoy the cool down for at least 5-10 minutes for the full benefit of this part of the cycle.

    HYDRATE! Drink at least one glass of water during your cool down

  7. Repeat

  8. Repeat the cycle 2-3 times with a full cold plunge at the end. Feel the hot & cold circuit reset your system.
